What the day looks like
Both trips start early with hotel pickup, so bring a breakfast box from your hotel. You drive across the Eastern Desert, spend the middle of the day at the sites with an open-buffet lunch, and get back to Hurghada in the evening. Water is provided all day and every entry ticket is included, so there is nothing extra to pay at the gates.
Bus or minibus?
The bus is the best value. The minibus costs a little more (€10 extra for Luxor, €5-10 for Cairo) and suits families and small groups who prefer a smaller vehicle. The sites and the programme are the same.
Can you do both?
Yes, and many of our guests do: Luxor one day, a beach day to recover, then Cairo. Our Package 1 combines Orange Bay, the Super Safari, Cairo and Luxor for €200 instead of €220.
What to bring
